Key Responsibilities:Provide direct nursing care to LTC residents
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
Monitor resident conditions and promptly communicate changes
Perform wound care, assessments, and documentation
Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and medical records
Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, providers, and other members of the care team
Follow facility policies, infection-control standards, and resident safety protocols
Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing/LPN program
Active and unrestricted LPN license valid in Kansas
Current BLS/CPR certification, as required by the facility
Strong clinical assessment, medication administration, and documentation skills
Ability to work a rotating 36/48-hour schedule
Dependable, flexible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced LTC environment
Skills:
Previous Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, or Nursing Home experience
You hold an active, unrestricted Kansas LPN license. You have BLS/CPR certification and strong medication skills. You thrive in fast-paced LTC settings with rotating shifts
