Pay: $11 per hour (starting for probation) + Mileage Reimbursement + Bonuses

Adventures in Pet Sitting is not a "hobby" business. We provide high-level, technical care for dogs, cats, aquatics, birds, and farm animals. We are looking for a Lead Assistant who doesn't just love animals but loves excellence. This role is designed for someone who thrives on variety. One day you’re managing a complex feeding schedule for exotics; the next, you’re pivoting to cover a last‑minute emergency request in a thunderstorm.

• Extreme Reliability: You are the "Lead." If the schedule changes at 7:00 AM, you are the one who helps us solve the puzzle.
• Technical Mindset: Comfortable using our app for every visit, following detailed checklists, and communicating via video/text.
• "Dirty Work" Spirit: You don’t mind Kansas weather, farm mud, or cleaning a bird cage. Passion for the animals is non‑negotiable.
• Availability: Flexibility is key. We operate 365 days a year. You must handle a "split‑shift" lifestyle (mornings/evenings/weekends) and be ready to step up during peak holiday seasons.

• Reliable Transportation: Must have a vehicle that can handle Kansas winters and rural city limits.
• Tech Savvy: Ability to use  (including the video intro!), Precise Petcare, and group messaging.
• Communication: Must be a proactive communicator. We hate silence.
