Our Member Frontline Cashier Associates are the heart of our front end. They greet, serve, and thank members, keeping the club welcoming and efficient. In a fast‑paced environment, cashiers handle scanning, payments, and maintaining a clean area while ensuring each member leaves satisfied.

• Greet and thank members while operating registers and self‑checkout stations.
• Scan items, process payments, and provide accurate receipts.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and member‑ready area.
• Answer member questions and resolve issues in a friendly manner.
• Follow safety and company policies, including handling hazardous materials and reporting unsafe situations.
• Assist in merchandizing, zoning, and arranging merchandise as needed.
• Collaborate with managers and coworkers to meet daily priorities and deadlines.

• Customer service experience.
• Retail experience operating front end equipment such as a cash register.
• Experience working with mobile retail applications.

• Prior cashier or customer service experience in a retail environment.
