Overview
Seasonal Retail Sales Associate - CENTRAL MALL at Bath & Body Works. Seasonal position during the holiday season. This role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and helping them find products that fit their preferences.
Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviours rooted in company values and product knowledge.
- Create genuine connections with customers by uncovering needs, sharing product information, providing demos, and making personalized recommendations.
- Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on the sales floor and at checkout.
- Support product replenishment activities and maintain brand standards to keep the store full and visually appealing.
- Assist with floorset execution, window updates, visual merchandising, and marketing placement as needed.
- Adhere to safety standards and maintain a safe, clean, and engaging store environment.
- Maintain store policies and procedures in daily operations.
- Thrives in a customer-first retail environment.
- Demonstrated sales and customer experience results in a fast-paced setting.
- Effective communication, openness to feedback, and adaptability.
- Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations when needed.
- Availability to work peak days and varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
