Overview

Seasonal Retail Sales Associate - CENTRAL MALL at Bath & Body Works. Seasonal position during the holiday season. This role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and helping them find products that fit their preferences.

• Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviours rooted in company values and product knowledge.
• Create genuine connections with customers by uncovering needs, sharing product information, providing demos, and making personalized recommendations.
• Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on the sales floor and at checkout.
• Support product replenishment activities and maintain brand standards to keep the store full and visually appealing.
• Assist with floorset execution, window updates, visual merchandising, and marketing placement as needed.
• Adhere to safety standards and maintain a safe, clean, and engaging store environment.
• Maintain store policies and procedures in daily operations.
