Salary Grade Level: Market value/Exempt level, outside sales

The position offers a base salary of $52,000.00 or higher, depending on experience and responsibilities, with additional bonus potential.

Primary responsibilities include coordinating the sale of equipment such as two-way radios, dispatch consoles, public safety emergency lighting, consoles, and sirens. Experience with law enforcement communication equipment or a technical background is beneficial.

• Make service calls and personal visits to potential customers.
• Travel primarily in western Kansas, including overnight trips for trade shows.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.

• Knowledge of Ka-Comm, Inc.'s equipment and services, applicable codes, and safety regulations.
• Strong communication skills, both reading and writing.
• Ability to operate a laptop using Quick Books for sales orders and quotes.
• Ability to read plans, interpret customer specifications, and establish effective working relationships.
• Ability to meet schedules, maintain records, and follow company policies.

Indoor and outdoor environments, working around machinery, driving a company vehicle.

• Ability to work up to 10 hours per day, including driving.
• Lift up to 50 lbs with assistance.
• Communicate effectively with customers and co-workers.
• Sit or stand for extended periods.
