Landscape Construction Supervisor

Position Overview

Landscape Consultants is a leading provider of high-quality landscape design and installation services. From intricate hardscapes to vibrant softscapes, our work speaks for itself—and now, we're looking for a strong leader to help take our production to the next level.

• Supervise day-to-day landscape installation operations, and job sites
• Oversight of production crews; assist with subcontractors, ensuring proper workflow, productivity, and safety
• Hands on installation of hardscapes (pavers, retaining walls, patios, etc.) and softscapes (plants, turf, trees) ponds and pondless water features.
• Management of equipment, materials, allocation of material for proper job costing and maintaining accurate records of hours worked.
• Work closely with sales team to ensure project timelines and budgets are met
• Train and mentor crew members, promoting a culture of safety and quality workmanship
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to resolve on-site challenges

• Minimum 3 years experience in a supervisory or leadership role in landscape, masonry, concrete, or construction
• Strong working knowledge of landscape installation, project management, hardscape/softscape techniques, and site grading
• Experience with reading and interpreting blueprints and construction plans
• Excellent organizational, communication, and team leadership skills
• Valid driver's license and complete medical DOT.

Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM (hours may vary seasonally)
