Van​/Bus Driver

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

As the main van driver, the responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, ensuring the safety of residents/passengers at all times. Candidates should have a good driving history, the ability to maintain a schedule, prioritize needs, and be flexible with scheduling changes. The ability to independently manage time and maintain a positive attitude with excellent customer service is essential.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School diploma or GED
• Unencumbered and valid driver's license
• Willingness to obtain C.N.A. certification through the employer, if possible
• C.N.A. certification is preferred

SUPERVISION:

• Oversight by Administration and Clinical staff
• Ability to work independently with flexible routing throughout the day

CONSUMER SERVICE:

• Present a professional image to consumers through dress, behavior, and speech
• Adhere to company standards for resolving consumer concerns
• Ensure that all consumer/resident rights are protected
