Job Description

Check all products for accuracy against quality standards and deliver products to customers in a safe, courteous, and timely manner while working as part of a team. Support the restaurant by performing other workstation duties. Comply with Domino’s uniform, appearance, and operations standards, and with federal, state, and local laws and ordinances.

• Perform duties including pre‑delivery vehicle preparation, learning the delivery area, and checking orders for quality and accuracy.
• Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers in person or by phone.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Deliver pizza to individual customer homes.
• Safely and courteously interact with customers at their homes.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Handle sensitive and confidential customer information responsibly.
• Execute credit transactions and make bank deposits as necessary.
• Work as part of a team, assist each other by being on time for their shift, support other workstations during the shift, and complete all closing duties, including cleaning, at the end of each shift.
• Contribute to an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun.
• Use navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area, including multi‑story buildings and private homes.
• Operate all equipment, clean equipment and facility daily, make quality products, prepare ingredients, and take orders.
• Perform accurate arithmetic and make correct monetary change.
• Use motor coordination for rapid, accurate movements.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.
• Stock ingredients, take inventory, and complete associated paperwork.
• Safely operate a motor vehicle.

Standing: Most tasks are performed from a standing position. Walking surfaces include ceramic tile "bricks" with some linoleum in the back area. Height of work surfaces is between 28" and 48".

Walking: Short distances for short durations.

Sitting: Paperwork normally completed at a desk or table.

Lifting: Bulk product deliveries weigh up to 50 lbs, dimensions up to 3' x 1.5'. Cases are lifted from the floor and stacked onto shelves up to 72" high.

Carrying: Large cans (~3 lb 7 oz), pizza sauce (~30 lbs), trays of pizza dough (~12 lbs per tray) and during delivery carry pizzas, sides and beverages over short distances.

Pushing/Pulling: Trays on dollies, force up to 7.5 lbs.

Climbing: Infrequently navigate stairs or ladders.

Bending/stooping: Forward bending at the waist (~30–45 s at a time) at the pizza assembly station and front counter.

Crouching/Squatting: Occasionally for stocking shelves and cleaning low areas.

Reaching: Continuously up, down, and forward up to above 72".

Hand tasks: Eye‑hand coordination required, frequent use of forearms and wrists, pinch required in assembly of cardboard pizza boxes.

Machines/tools/equipment/work aids: pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter and peel.

Driving: Deliver pizzas within a designated delivery area; team may make several deliveries per shift.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a driver's license valid under state laws where the team member works, an acceptable motor vehicle record, proof of insurance, and a satisfactory vehicle.
• Must be able to work scheduled or unscheduled shifts, including nights, weekends, and emergencies.
• Must be cross‑trained and perform other workstation duties within the restaurant as needed.
• Bilingual in certain markets.
• Non‑exempt, hourly position. Split pay wage based on in‑store and on‑the‑road rates.

High School diploma or GED.
