American Driver in Salina, KS is hiring CDL drivers for a regional account with steady freight and one dedicated planner. Expect mileage pay ranging from $0.56 to $0.64, with most drivers earning $1,400–$1,500 weekly. Pay is guaranteed for the first 3 months after your first solo dispatch.
New drivers receive 4–6 weeks of paid training at $850 weekly, plus 120+ CDL hours to qualify. Home weekly on a 34‑hour restart; health/Dental/Vision after 30 days and 401k with company match are available.
