is a fast-growing Modular Home Builder looking for driven and goal-focused individuals to join our team, and this time we are seeking an experienced Drafter!
The
Construction Permit Coordinator
will be responsible for preparing applications, assisting with the permit process, and inquiring to various nearby City and County departments (fire, water, planning, building, etc.).
The
Construction Permit Coordinator
should have experience with submitting construction plans for approval in California.
Construction Permit Coordinator
will joining the planning team inside of the operations department.
The main objective for the
Construction Permit Coordinator
is to efficiently submit building plans, quickly coordinate plan corrections for ongoing projects, and ensure that the plans are approved before the project’s deadline. This will also include appropriately responding to requests for additional information that is needed during the permit process. With modular home building you’ll be able to see and learn the building processes up close and firsthand.

- High School Diploma or Equivalent

- Hours:Monday – Friday 7:30AM – 4:00PM
- Pay:Starting at $25 per hour
- In-Person:At the Framework First Factory
- Status:Looking for someone to start immediately.
