Responsibilities- Receiving and transferring calls
- Assisting taxpayers
- Communicating with general public
- Data Entry process ownership changes
- Other clerical duties as assigned
- Must be able to work extra hours when needed
- Work in a fast paced environment
- Highly motivated

- Strong communication skills
- PC software knowledgeable (i.e. Microsoft Office)
High School diploma or equivalent
