Job SummaryThe Client Service Representative I (CTSR) reports directly to the Supervisor of Client Services and is responsible for the enrollment, implementation, and education of Western Growers Assurance Trust (WGAT) and Pinnacle Claims Management Inc. (PCMI) health benefit plan participants. The role includes collaborating with third‑party vendors related to employee health benefits, investigating issues, evaluating findings, and determining corrective actions.
Compensation$40,580.28 – $52,756.02 plus profit‑sharing and a comprehensive benefits package.
Qualifications- High School Diploma or equivalent, with 1–3 years of customer service experience preferred.
- Fluency in Spanish required; ability to use Spanish up to 70 % of the time.
- Intermediate knowledge of computer software, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and follow up consistently.
- Verifiable, clean DMV record and ability to travel up to 30 % of the time within the U.S.
- Educate newly enrolled and existing plan participants on health plan benefits at group sites, via phone or virtual platforms.
- Conduct group benefits presentations in English and Spanish for WGAT and PCMI participants.
- Interface with third‑party vendors to communicate and educate them on benefits programs.
- Provide one‑on‑one support for applicant concerns or questions.
- Serve as primary contact for benefits utilization questions.
- Assist with enrollment of participants and screen all paperwork for accuracy and completion.
- Coordinate with the Supervisor to organize group service meetings and open enrollment activities.
- Respond to claims and administration questions using the Health Care Processing system and CTSR web‑based tools.
- Determine corrective actions for issue resolution following established procedures.
- Request benefit information booklets and summaries for specific accounts.
- Support Sales, Account Management, and Brokers with plan comparisons, enrollment forms, and other materials.
- Attend employee events to assist with benefits inquiries and promote value‑added programs.
- Compile and track issue data, actions taken, and resolutions using CTSR web‑based tools.
- Document all services, including enrollments, meetings, events, and courtesy calls.
- Generate metrics reports and suggest process improvements.
- Support members’ competitiveness and profitability through collaborative, accountable work and continuous improvement.
- Maintain a clean DMV record and travel up to 30 % of the time to California and Arizona.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
The position involves regular communication, travel to indoor and outdoor areas, operating a motor vehicle, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Noise levels are typically moderate.
