We are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact for customers while coordinating with sales, production, planning, and shipping teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Manage customer accounts, orders, and inquiries from start to finish.
- Create and maintain item specifications and project information.
- Monitor order status, inventory levels, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with production, planning, and shipping teams to meet customer needs.
- Generate reports and provide updates to customers.
- Research and resolve customer concerns, including quality-related issues.
- Maintain strong communication with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support and collaborate with junior team members as needed.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with computers and data entry.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Indoor, climate-controlled office setting.
- Primarily desk-based with frequent computer and phone use.
- Fast-paced environment requiring strong attention to detail and time management.
