Join a mission-driven, non-profit health system on California's Central Coast seeking a skilled Interventional Cardiologist to join a growing, collegial cardiology team. This position offers the ideal blend of autonomy, collaboration, and quality of life-with excellent earning potential and a coastal community setting just minutes from Monterey.

Position Highlights

• 4 clinic days + 1 Cath Lab block per week

• Coronary-based interventional focus

• 3 Cath Labs with expansion planned in 2-3 years

• Collaborative team of 10 cardiologists, 2 CT surgeons, and 6 APPs

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $675K + productivity bonus

• Recruitment Bonus: $60k

• Time Off: 4 weeks PTO + 1 week CME leave

• CME Allowance: $2,400 annually

• Benefits: Health, retirement (403b/457 with 5% match), malpractice coverage, and loan forgiveness eligibility
