• Private, well-established group of board-certified anesthesiologists seeking full-time addition
• General and cardiac anesthesiology cases including vascular, thoracic, and craniotomies
• Cardiac cases include structural heart, EP, STS-designated CABG, and community pump cases
• Call schedule of 1 in 15 for first and second call; home call with infrequent callbacks
• Partnership track at 18 months with no financial buy-in; includes profit sharing and voting rights
• 6 - 12 weeks of vacation per year with equal scheduling access from day one
