Base Pay Range

$130,000 - $160,000 per year

We are seeking an experienced and talented Controller with agricultural experience, to join our dynamic team on site. The role is permanent and will play a pivotal role in managing and improving the company’s financial performance.

• Oversee all financial and accounting functions including budgeting, asset management, cost management, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Develop and implement financial strategies, planning, and forecasting.
• Provide leadership in evaluating short‑ and long‑term strategic financial objectives.
• Ensure credible finance group through timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends, and forecasts.
• Evaluate and advise on long‑range planning, new programs and strategies.
• Manage processes for financial forecasting, budgeting, consolidation, and reporting.
• Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the organization.
• Provide executive management with advice on financial implications of business activities.
• Recommend ways to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities.
• Guarantee effective internal controls, compliance with GAAP and applicable laws for financial and tax reporting.

• Minimum 3+ years in a Controller or equivalent role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field;
  Master’s or CPA is a plus.
• Proven experience in the agricultural business sector.
• Extensive knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
• Strong leadership skills managing diverse teams.
• Excellent analytical skills in budgeting and forecasting.
• Ability to develop and implement financial systems and processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong understanding of checks and balances in the financial system.
• Proficiency in accounting software and related tools.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
