GOALS for Autism, Inc. is hiring for Board Certified Behavior Analysts. - Develop individualized programs for clients, ages 14 months and older in natural settings.
- Supervise implementation and integrity of client treatment plans by the direct care team.
- Provide supervision of a treatment plan and oversight of treatment plan effectiveness.
- Supervise assessments, schedule monthly community visits with caregivers, observe, collect data, chart progress, and provide parent education.
- Give feedback and training to BT staff, interns, mid‑level supervisors, and parents in naturalistic settings.
- Conduct RBT competency assessments and RBT supervision within BACB requirements.
- Meet monthly with the chief clinical officer to communicate client needs.
- Demonstrate leadership by participating in company‑related activities, such as interviewing potential hires, attending job fairs, and providing trainings at least once per quarter.
- Lead clinical supervisor meetings at least twice per year and present on relevant research and clinical updates in the field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
- Three years of related professional experience applying ABA methodologies with individuals with ASD and/or related developmental disabilities in a multi‑disciplinary team setting.
