Position: Therapist-OT-Occupational Therapist (Travel/Contract)

We  hiring experienced Therapist-OT-Occupational Therapist for a 17-week contract in Salinas, California earn up to ($2437 - $2566 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients in Salinas, California.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans to meet patient needs and goals.
  • Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Achieve and exceed performance targets set by the company.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Utilize pipelines to assess and improve treatment success rates.
  • Foster a growth-oriented mindset and strive for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment.

Qualifications
  • Licensed Occupational Therapist in California.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in occupational therapy.
  • Ability to meet and exceed performance targets.
  • Proven ability to develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Strong communication skills for patient and family education.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Demonstrated growth-oriented mindset.
