Objetivo:
Atender en tiempo y forma a las necesidades o dudas del personal interno de COPRESA.
Título universitario en Psicología, Administración de Empresas o carrera afín.
- Experiencia en áreas de Recursos Humanos
- Brindar atención oportuna al personal interno, sirviendo como puente entre organización y colaborador.
- Resolver y aclarar dudas y consultas de los colaboradores sobre políticas, procedimientos, beneficios, entre otros.
- Analizar datos, problemas y tendencias para proponer mejoras y soluciones en las políticas, procesos y procedimientos de Recursos Humanos.
