Romie Lane Pet Hospital is searching for a Clinical Director (CD) who is ready to lead a dedicated team through an exciting period of growth and stabilization. As Clinical Director, you’ll guide both the medical quality of the hospital and the culture of the team. You’ll work closely with our Hospital Manager, Lori Sanchez, to create a supportive, communicative, and growth-focused environment.

• Lead by example in delivering exceptional patient care
• Mentor, coach, and develop DVMs and support staff
• Elevate clinical standards and ensure high-quality medical protocols
• Promote client education and preventative medicine
• Contribute to business strategy, operational success, and long-term hospital goals
• Build trust with both clients and team members

• 4+ years of clinical experience
• Strong surgical and diagnostic capability
• Confidence in dentistry, surgery, and ultrasound
• A collaborative leadership approach and a passion for team culture
• A desire to help guide a team through growth and positive change
