We are looking for amazing Laborers to assist in our day‑to‑day growing operations in our cannabis Cultivation department and we want to get to know YOU!

Pay: $16.90 - $18 per/hr depending on experience

• Complete necessary cuttings from ordered batches.
• Maintain cleanliness and consistency in cutting plants to standards based on areas of the plant.
• Prepare necessary equipment to plug clones into rooting trays.
• Maintain protocols for preparing clones and plugging them into the trays.
• Maintain correct nutrients and moisture for all clones and plants.
• Irrigate plants consistently to standards.
• Harvest plants with efficiency.
• Miscellaneous other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
• Ability to lift packages/boxes, which are generally under 30 pounds.
• Ability to crouch, stoop, reach, etc.

• High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience in a cannabis preferred, but not necessary.

• A solution‑oriented "can‑do" attitude with the desire to solve problems.
• Personal accountability.
• Ability to focus on work and be mentally present while on the clock.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with all staff members.
• Adaptability and multitasking in a fast‑paced environment.

• Must be 21 years of age
