Romie Lane Pet Hospital is seeking a skilled, compassionate Veterinarian to join our growing general practice in beautiful Salinas, CA, just minutes from the Monterey coastline. As one of our veterinarians, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional medical care to our patients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing routine and advanced surgeries (spay/neuter, mass removals, dental procedures, and more depending on skillset)
• Conducting comprehensive medical exams, diagnosing and managing a wide range of conditions
• Creating individualized treatment plans, including follow‑up care and client education
• Working up cases using in‑house diagnostics, digital radiography, ultrasound, and laboratory tools
• Handling urgent and same‑day cases when needed, with the support of an experienced team
• Providing clear, compassionate communication to clients and colleagues

• Mentorship from veterinarians experienced in brachycephalic surgery, endoscopy, and advanced internal medicine
• Support to pursue your clinical interests—whether that’s surgery, dentistry, ultrasound, or internal medicine
