As an Applebee’s Bartender, you will be mixing outstanding alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages, so that you and the servers can deliver the best drinks possible. You must be friendly to both staff and customers, make fantastic drinks according to established standards, and create a great bar experience. You will work hard but have a great time doing it!

• Must be at least 21 years old (per state law).
• Effective communication skills with staff and customers.
• Commitment to making a positive impact.
• Ability to remain stationary and exert well‑paced mobility for long periods of up to four (4) hours.
• Ability to safely reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to transport plates, glasses, and baskets to and from dining room, service bar, and the kitchen about 30 times per shift.
• Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively to employees and dining room staff.
• Ability to wear protective hand coverings, disinfectant cleaning supplies, face coverings or masks throughout the shift, and to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap.
