• Provide excellent customer service to guests.
• Generate sales, perform housekeeping, and manage cash register operations (POS).
• Handle cash accurately.
• Work a variety of hours, including nights and weekends.
• Maintain the store’s appearance and product placement.

• Read and understand simple instructions, product labels, and shelf tags.
• Write simple correspondence.
• Communicate effectively in one-on-one and small group settings.
• Apply common sense to follow written or oral instructions.
• Regularly lift up to 25 pounds, frequently up to 45 pounds, occasionally up to 60 pounds.
• Food Handler Card or equivalent certification required.

• Basic PC and Outlook skills.
• Retail Management Certificate.
