• Customer Experience: Provide exceptional service by addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
• Sales & Performance: Achieve sales targets through effective merchandise management and promotional strategies.
• Operational Tasks: Manage inventory, visual merchandising, shipments, and store maintenance, ensuring compliance with policies and safety regulations.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and adhere to policies.
• Additional Duties: Perform other tasks and projects as assigned.

• Experience in retail or similar roles, with a history of meeting sales goals (preferred).
• Strong customer service skills and a passion for creating positive shopping experiences.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.

• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and regular attendance.
• Effective communication in English.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and basic math in English.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Prolonged standing for 4 to 14 hours.
• Ability to stoop, kneel, reach, and pull merchandise.
• Climb ladders or stairs as needed.
• Regularly lift items weighing 5-25 lbs.
• Good vision, including color differentiation.
• Work environment is moderately noisy.

Hourly pay ranges from $16.50 to $17.00. The role is eligible for the company 401K plan.
