The OpportunityWe’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused Salesperson to help grow IPG’s business across the U.S. domestic market and global export channels. You’ll have access to one of the industry’s strongest supply bases — giving you the freedom to develop accounts not only in the U.S., but any market in the world where you see opportunity. There are no limits on territory or growth potential.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage produce sales across domestic, import, and export programs
- Leverage IPG’s deep grower network to serve customers with consistent, high-quality fruit
- Build and maintain long‑term, trust‑based relationships with buyers, importers, and retailers globally
- Collaborate closely with our VP of Sales, Logistics Director, and QC team to ensure smooth execution from offer to arrival
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across any market or channel — U.S. or international
- Communicate daily with growers and customers on pricing, programs, and shipments
- Support IPG’s branded programs, including IPG Gold – The Gold Standard
