Berger is looking for a high-energy, result-oriented Sales Representative to drive growth across a strategic territory. In this role, you will promote and sell Berger’s industry-leading horticultural products to professional growers in floriculture and agriculture markets.

JOB SUMMARY- Grow an opportunistic territory and position Berger products using your proven consultative selling skills.
- Build, strengthen, and maintain trusted relationships with key targeted accounts.
- Represent Berger as an engaged ambassador within industry associations and networks.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Logistics, Customer Service, Technical Advisors, etc.) to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Maintain a proactive presence in the market by gathering and sharing customer insights and industry feedback.
- Manage customer needs through an established, results-driven sales process.
- Degree in horticulture, agriculture, or equivalent relevant training/experience.
- Demonstrated sales success with a solid solution-selling approach.
- Knowledge or experience in CEA, floriculture and agriculture (an asset).
- Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
- Autonomous, motivated, and equally comfortable working within a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to travel regularly within the territory; valid driver’s license and passport required.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working with CRM tools and digital sales platforms.
