RESPONSIBILITIESAssist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process, from initial contact to delivery
Build strong customer relationships and provide an exceptional buying experience
Develop and maintain excellent product knowledge of new and pre-owned vehicles
Merchandise and maintain attractive vehicle displays
Generate leads through effective phone skills, marketing, and proactive follow-up
Follow up with prospective customers to maximize sales opportunities
Work toward individual and dealership sales goals
Maintain a professional, energetic, and customer-focused approach in a fast-paced environment
QUALIFICATIONSAt least one year of sales experience required
Valid U.S. driver's license required
Relatively clean driving record
Must have or obtain the required sales license
Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a high-volume, competitive sales environment
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required
