Spread Your Wings, LLC – ILS Services is hiring a Life Skills Mentor/Coach in the Salinas area to help individuals with developmental disabilities gain independence. The role is full-time, with a 9am–6pm schedule, Monday to Friday, and requires a valid driver’s license and bilingual English/Spanish.
You will spend most of the time in the field, supporting clients with daily living skills, documenting progress, and coordinating with program managers and coordinators.
