Job Title: Tax Professional
Contract: $50-$55 hourly
Location: Saline, MI USA 48176 (Onsite)
Must Haves- Enrolled Agent or CPA license
- Minimum 5 years of experience in tax preparation
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proficiency in Lacerte tax preparation software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work extended hours during peak tax season
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
We are seeking a seasoned Enrolled Agent or CPA to join our team for the upcoming tax season. As a Tax Professional, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing tax returns for individuals and businesses while ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
Responsibilities- Prepare and review individual and business tax returns accurately and efficiently
- Conduct thorough tax interviews with clients to gather necessary information
- Research complex tax issues and provide solutions to clients
- Communicate timely with clients to address questions and concerns
- Stay up to date on changes in tax laws and regulations
- Maintain CPA or Enrolled Agent License
