Site Safety Coordinator (Second Shift)

Actalent is seeking a Site Safety Coordinator to maintain an active presence on an industrial construction site and perform daily safety audits, including detailed reporting and photographs. The role coordinates with subcontractors, the owner/client, and other vendors on-site, and partners with Project Managers to align schedules and milestones.

• Maintain an active presence on an industrial construction site.
• Perform daily safety audits with detailed reporting and photographs.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, the owner/client, and other on-site vendors.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to understand project schedules and milestones.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and standards.

• Proficiency in construction management and safety protocols.
• Experience with OSHA regulations and safety audits.
• Strong documentation and quality assurance skills.
• Ability to manage site plans and project schedules.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction software.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or similar preferred but not required.
• OSHA 10 certification.
• Experience with QA/QC on large projects, ideally in an industrial setting.
• Strong report writing skills.

This is a Contract position based out of Saline, MI.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
