Under the general direction of the City Manager, plans, organizes, directs, and supervises the operation of the City’s Public Services to maintain the quality and safety of the City’s infrastructure and utilities. Provides management, administrative oversight, and strategic direction for the three divisions making up the Department of Public Services – Public Works, Engineering, and Utilities.

Develops policies and procedures with City Administration to ensure efficient operation and maintenance of city infrastructure and utilities. Prepares and administers annual department budget and long-term Capital Improvement Plan. Assists in land use development policies, procedures, and standards. Oversees the management of the City’s water sanitary sewer facilities in a manner compliant with State and federal requirements.
