Leads the Integrated Project Delivery Center (IPDC) team during nights, weekends, and other off hours. This role is accountable for safe, disciplined, and continuously supported operations when daytime leadership is not on site.
The manager serves as the primary IPDC leadership escalation point during assigned coverage periods. They ensure every shift has clear priorities, qualified coverage, effective handoffs, timely escalation, and coordinated response to urgent issues. The objective is simple: no shift operates without accountable leadership, and no critical work is delayed or disrupted because teams, priorities, or decisions were not deconflicted. This is an on-site role located in Saline, MI.
May require travel not to exceed 25%.
