Machine Operator - Night Shift

Starting Rate: $17‑19 per hour

Schedule:

Monday–Wednesday 6‑hour shifts, alternating Thursday/Friday or Saturday/Sunday 12‑hour shifts.

• Operate press equipment safely and efficiently
• Review and interpret quality alerts and part specifications before starting a job
• Perform first‑piece inspections and compare against approved first articles
• Accurately complete production logs, job startup checklists, and operator logs
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe workstations in accordance with environmental and safety guidelines
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth shift transitions
• Communicate promptly with supervisors regarding any quality issues

• High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
• Willingness to adhere to all safety and quality procedures
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Manufacturing environment that may be hot, noisy, dirty
• Substantial physical effort—extensive reaching, lifting, stretching, bending and twisting
• Stop production if the 3‑5‑10 rule or set process doesn't result in a quality product

• We offer a new higher starting pay of $17‑19 per hour
