Overview

Unidine is hiring immediately for part time WAITER/WAITRESS positions at EHM Brecon Village - 200 Brecon Drive, Saline, MI 48176. Online applications accepted only.

• Pay Range: $16.00 per hour to $16.50 per hour
• Schedule:
  
  Part time 3:30 pm - 7:30 pm; days may vary, further details upon interview

• Takes food and beverage orders and efficiently delivers items to dining room guests, greeting guests warmly.
• Delivers food promptly and professionally; maintains safe food handling and sanitation standards; follows up to assist with additional needs.
• Understands menu items and ingredients; advises guests on combinations; accommodates reasonable requests and notes preferences; knowledge of specialized diets and allergens as needed.
• Communicates with back-of-house staff to ensure correct delivery and special requests.
• Maintains a clean, safe, neat dining environment; promotes sanitation standards.
• Collects tickets and follows proper cash-handling procedures.
• Addresses complaints or issues promptly and relays information to supervisor.
• Operates equipment (fire extinguishers, telephones, iced tea/soda machines, soup wells, coffee machines).
• Works with staff from other departments during special events.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Previous serving, dietary aide or kitchen/restaurant experience preferred. Willing to train!
