The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support and serves as a liaison for internal and external inquiries for their respective department. This position oversees provider schedules for all facilities, EPIC templates, handles adjustments, coordinates calendars and meetings, transcribes meeting minutes, and maintains communication within the department by creating and distributing correspondence and reports. The Administrative Assistant also maintains the timekeeping system for the providers to ensure that department team members’ time and attendance are recorded accurately.
Education- High School Graduate or equivalent required.
- Administrative experience preferred.
- Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) required.
- Experience with Agenda preferred.
- At Tidal Health, full-time employees working at least 72 hours per pay period, part-time employees working at least 36 hours per pay period and part-time employees working at least 30 hours or more on weekends only are eligible for benefits.
