Our Expectations

• 2‑3 years of proven success in Automotive Service Management with consistent career progression and exceptional customer satisfaction scores
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a positive, solutions‑focused attitude
• A deep understanding of dealership operations, including Dealer Track® experience (preferred)
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills
• A high school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred but not required)
• A desire to relocate to the Delaware or Eastern Shore region for a relaxed lifestyle near the beach
