Body Shop Estimator – Responsibilities

• The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills necessary to work as the main contact with customers, insurance companies, and our body shop.
• Position will also be responsible for selling all of our services to customers and prospects.
• Complete estimates and settle payments with owners and insurance companies.
• Develop customer base in the assigned area and grow dealership revenue.

• Extensive background in heavy truck repair, truck painting, and paint systems.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques.
• Proficient in using estimating software and tools.
• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
