Hematology​/Oncology Nurse Practitioner

Tidal Health, located in Salisbury, MD, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our expanding Hematology and Oncology Team at Tidal Health Peninsula Regional Hospital. We are part of a physician-led multi-specialty group that promotes quality care that is community driven. Benefits:

• Base Salary Range : $123,000 $ 157,000 (commensurat e with experience and specialty)

• Eligibility for productivity and quality incentives

• Comprehensive benefits package including health, retirement, malpractice coverage, and CME allowance

Opportunity Highlights:

• Level III Trauma center with an award-winning Cancer Care Team

• Over 1,600 cases treated annually- 50% Hematology, 50% Oncology

• Accredited by the American College of Surgeons Commission on Cancer and the National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers (NAPBC)

• Four 10-hour shifts per week

• Focus on consults and rotational inpatient duties, no admissions required

• Manageable fir st-call schedule from Monday to Thursday, 5PM to 8AM with a low average of calls per night (from home)

• Enjoy rotating weekly call among the APP team

• No weekend or holiday responsibilities

• Spacious examination rooms with state-of-the-art equipment and exceptional support staff
