Facility is a FQHC site Community Health Center Perform comprehensive physical assessments by evaluating patient, analyzing records, reports, test results and treating internal disorders, such as hypertension, heart disease, diabetes, and problems of the lung, brain, kidney, and gastrointestinal tract, etc.
Prescribe or administer medication, therapy, and other specialized medical care to treat or prevent illness, disease, or injury
Explain procedures and discuss test results or prescribed treatments with patients and provide patient and family with health education
Monitor patients conditions and progress and reevaluate treatments as necessary
Responsible for direct supervision of providers/midlevels as deemed appropriate by the Department Head and Chief Medical Officer
