Associates in Radiation Medicine (ARM) is seeking a board-certified or eligible Radiation Oncologist to join the largest physician-owned, radiation oncology private practice in Maryland. This full-time position is based primarily at the Tidal Health Richard

A. Henson Cancer Institute in Salisbury, MD, with occasional coverage in nearby satellite clinics. This is a partnership‑track opportunity offering autonomy, stability, and the ability to shape the future of our growing practice.

Position Highlights
  • Partnership track with competitive compensation starting at $300K‑$500K based on experience
  • Join a team of 11 board‑certified radiation oncologists
  • Practice alongside 1 full‑time provider at the same clinic and 2 others who serve at nearby affiliated clinics
  • Work in a hospital‑based facility with 2 Varian True Beams, 4

    DCT sim, HDR brachytherapy, DIBH, SGRT, SRS, and SBRT capabilities
  • Collaborate with surgical oncology, hematology/oncology, thoracic surgery, and palliative care
  • Opportunities for teaching through affiliated residency and fellowship programs
  • Strong administrative support and a longstanding hospital partnership with Tidal Health, the leading healthcare system on Maryland's Eastern Shore, known for delivering advanced, compassionate care through its flagship hospital and comprehensive cancer institute
