Physician - Maternal-Fetal Medicine

Tidal Health in Salisbury, MD is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) physician to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced physician or a fellowship-trained candidate completing their MFM training. We provide comprehensive, high-risk obstetric care in a multidisciplinary environment with access to advanced diagnostic and therapeutic services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized care for high-risk pregnancies in collaboration with OB/GYNs and other specialists.
• Perform detailed fetal ultrasounds, prenatal diagnostics (amniocentesis, CVS), and genetic counseling.
• Manage maternal conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and autoimmune disorders during pregnancy.
• Participate in labor and delivery consultations and inpatient management as needed.
• Supervise and train OB/GYN residents, medical students, and fellows.
• Engage in clinical research, quality improvement initiatives, and academic activities.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Obstetrics & Gynecology residency program
  .
• Completion of a fellowship in Maternal-Fetal Medicine
  .
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Maternal-Fetal Medicine.
• Eligible for medical licensure in MD.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a team-based approach to care.
