Physician - Acute Care Surgeon

Tidal Health Peninsula Regional in Salisbury, MD is seeking an Acute Care Surgeon to join a collaborative, high-performing surgical team. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in trauma and emergency general surgery and is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in an acute care setting. Fellowship training or demonstrated trauma surgery expertise is required, and candidates will be part of a multidisciplinary group dedicated to advancing surgical services for the community.

• Base Salary Range: $490,000 - $590,000 (commensurate with experience)
• Eligibility for productivity and quality incentives
• Comprehensive benefits package including health, retirement, malpractice coverage, and CME allowance

• Call schedule: 1:4
• Level III Trauma Center equipped with 16 state-of-the-art operating rooms
• Multi-specialty collaboration with a mission-driven integrated health care delivery model
