The Behavioral Health Therapist delivers therapeutic services in the Child and Adolescent (C&A) Partial Hospitalization Program which includes individual, group, and family therapy services. Provides ongoing crisis management, trauma-informed care, brief case management, biopsychosocial assessments, and individualized treatment planning to encompass an overall quality of care for all patients.

• Master's Degree required.

• LCSW-C or LCPC required.

• Requires LCSW-C, or LCPC.
• 2-5 years of experience practicing with a clinical license preferred.
• Training in cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, family therapy, and supportive therapy preferred.
• Experience working with families, children, and adolescents in family therapy preferred.
• Conducting comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations for children and adolescents to determine appropriate treatment plans preferred.

• At Tidal Health, full-time employees working at least 72 hours per pay period, part-time employees working at least 36 hours per pay period and part-time employees working at least 30 hours or more on weekends only are eligible for benefits.
