Base pay range: $19.00/hr - $22.00/hr

Position Overview
  • Operate deburring machines to remove sharp edges and burs from machined parts according to specifications. Equipment used includes deburr machine, small shop equipment, hand tools, calipers, and personal protective equipment.
  • Maintain a clean workspace and perform quality checks on finished components to ensure product quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot and help resolve problems.
  • Work safely, using appropriate safety equipment and following procedures.
  • Complete associated job-specific paperwork, logs, time sheets, etc.
  • Drive a company van twice daily to pick up and deliver production parts at our three local facilities in Salisbury, Maryland.
Qualifications Summary
  • US Citizen or permanent resident / Green Card Holder.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Basic understanding of machining processes and deburring techniques.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Work Environment

Work environment involves everyday risks or discomforts requiring normal safety precautions typical of a manufacturing environment. Personal protective equipment is provided and must be used in designated areas. Work area is adequately lighted, heated and ventilated.
