Our expertise is the design and manufacture of communications‑based specialty products - engineered components and subsystems - for demanding military, space, commercial aerospace/industrial, and telecom infrastructure applications where function and reliability are crucial.

POSITION OVERVIEW
  • Operate deburring machines to remove sharp edges and burs from machined parts according to specifications – equipment used includes, but is not limited to, deburr machine, small shop equipment, hand tools and calipers, including personal protective equipment.
  • Maintain a clean workspace and perform quality checks on finished components to ensure that products meet the highest quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot and help resolve problems.
  • Work safely, using appropriate safety equipment and follow procedures.
  • Complete associated job-specific paperwork, logs, time sheets, etc.
  • Additional support responsibilities include driving a company van twice daily to pick up and deliver production parts from the company's three local facilities in Salisbury, Maryland.
QUALIFICATIONS SUMMARY
  • US Citizen or permanent resident / Green Card Holder.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Basic understanding of machining processes and deburring techniques.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Pay Range: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Bonus Eligible:
This position is eligible to earn a discretionary bonus based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable bonus plan.
