Bay Harbor Post Acute and Healthcare Center – Wound Care Nurse

Full‑time position with same‑day pay, Monday‑Friday 8 AM‑4 PM, hourly rate $35‑45, $3 PIB.

Join our team at Bay Harbor Post Acute and Healthcare Center, a 295‑bed Sub‑Acute and Long‑Term Care facility where compassion and quality care are at the heart of everything we do.

• Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care as well as physician's plan of treatment.
• Demonstrate sound clinical judgement.
• Provide wound care in accordance with patient needs and best clinical judgement.
• Provide respectful and compassionate care to all residents, families, and caregivers.
• Provide direction to clinical team members.
• Maintain resident confidentiality.
• Accurate documentation in accordance with the orders provided.

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active LPN or RN license in this state.
• Wound Care Certified strongly preferred but not required.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR).
• Must have at least 2 years prior experience working as a Wound Care Nurse in a Nursing Home setting.
