We are actively looking to hire compassionate, energetic LPNs & RNs to help care for our home healthcare clients. We are willing to train in G‑tube, trach, and ventilator areas if needed.

Our nursing supervisors are eager to teach nurses.

Private Duty (RN or LPN) for an adult male with a G‑tube in Salisbury, MD.

Shift available: 4 nights per week, 12 A‑6 A.

• Work one‑on‑one in the client's home.
• Complete nursing assessment.
• Administer medication and treatments as prescribed by the patient's Plan of Care.
• Document nursing notes in a clear and concise manner.

• Active/unrestricted nursing license in Maryland or multistate compact license – Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse.
• Valid CPR/BLS certification.
• Confidence to work independently.
• Basic knowledge of G‑tube/Trach care preferred; willing to train qualified and interested candidates.
• Ventilator experience preferred (willing to train qualified candidates).
• Pediatric experience a plus.

• Pay Range: $26–42 per hour. Pay rates are determined by licensure, skills, experience, and vary per case.
• Employees receive time and a half pay for working beyond 40 hours in a week.
• Health, dental, and vision insurance are available after 90 days of continuous full‑time employment.
