Full-time and part-time opportunities available. Same Day Pay. Shift schedules: 7 AM–3 PM, 3 PM–11 PM, 11 PM–7 AM and 7 PM–7 AM. Pay: +$3 for PIB, +$2.50 for 3 PM–11 PM, +$2 for 11 PM–7 AM. Sign‑on Bonus: $10,000 paid quarterly. Hourly rate: $40–$50.

Location:

Bay Harbor Post Acute and Healthcare Center, a 295-bed Sub‑Acute and Long‑Term Care facility.

• Provide resident care aligned with nursing standards and the written plan of care, including physicians’ treatment plans.
• Follow the plan of care designed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per POC.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report accordingly.
• Accurate documentation in accordance with the provided orders.

• Active RN license in the state of Maryland.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR).
• Ability to work with multiple patients simultaneously.
