Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.

Shift Managers perform tasks including:

• Planning for each shift
• Monitoring performance during the shift
• Taking action to ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards
• Monitoring safety, security, and profitability
• Communicating with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for a great shift
• Assisting assigned Departments in meeting their goals

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. Positive team player with a flexible schedule who likes to have fun and thrives in a fast‑paced McDonald’s environment. Must be 18 years or older.
